Please have at look at the video "Can you show me how to put on my Rhino Guard Cover?" as we demonstrate this at the end. It is as easy as unclipping or loosening the straps in the area that you need.
Where is your shop in Kaikōura?

We are an internet based business and sell 24/7 online. But please note we do not have any physical stores you can visit in Kaikōura. We are happy to meet you in town or at your campsite to show you our products or help you fit your new cover. Give us a ring or contact us by email. If we aren't off at shows spreading the Rhino Guard love, we would love to meet you in person while you are here in our beautiful piece of paradise.
What colour Rhino Guard tow covers do you have?

We carry both grey and charcoal caravan tow covers but get in quick to secure your favourite!
How do I know what size tow cover to order?

The tow covers come in two sizes of fabric 215cm and 230 cm and then have adjustable straps to get the perfect fit. Measure between your awning rails and across your front window to decide which size is best for you. Make sure you allow space for the buckle and don't chose a cover that is bigger than the distance you have measured.
What if I order the wrong size?

If you are unsure about what size to order it is best to contact us for help. If you order the incorrect size and need to exchange it then there will be a $50.00 restocking fee plus the return postage envelope to us. Since it has been tried on, the cover cannot be resold by us at full price once we receive it back. Of course, if we send you the wrong size then we will exchange it with no cost to you.
What is your refund policy?

Please keep in mind we do not give refunds for change of mind situations but are happy to refund for any faulty issues. Happy travelling :)
Is it thick enough to prevent stone chips while towing?

It will protect from stone chips and insect mess as you tow your caravan on regular NZ roads with no problem. But if you go high speed with boulders coming at you while off roading then sorry it won't help much.
Can I leave the tow cover on while parked up?

We definitely do. It is a non woven breathable fabric in four layers so it can be left on while you are parked up without issue.
How do we send the Rhino Guard tow covers out to you?

We put your items in an NZ prepaid post satchel with regular tracked mail. If you would like to upgrade to the courier service or are rural then let us know and we will do our best to help. If you would prefer to pick up while you are in Kaikoura then we would love to meet you and can even help fit your cover if you would like some help.
